Sea Days

Today we spent at sea. Sea days are lazy days: great for sleeping in, long breakfasts, laps of the promenade deck to walk off breakfast and no demands.

We watched a movie - The Intern - and it was fun watching it with an audience who had a unique appreciation for some of the funnier age-related moments. 

Then we went to a workshop to learn the ukelele. Neither of us has played before though we both play guitar. After 40 minutes we could play 3 chords and we'd played 3 songs. Not bad eh! The teacher assures us that in a week (!) we'll be ready for our debut concert in the atrium. It seems do-able...

Tonight is a formal night so we're going to dress up and enjoy another delicious dinner. It's hard to get tired of three course gourmet dinners every night. I try to make them two courses but the deserts always sound so good...
